Formation Conference
The So Cal District Formation Conference held in San Bernardino, CA was truly a great success. There were more than 150 people present to witness this historic event. The guests of honor present were Bro. Kenneth Haney, UPCI General Superintendent, Bro. Randy Keyes, UPCI Assistant General Superintendent, Bro. Jerry Jones, UPCI General Secretary, and Bro. Allan Abbey, Western District Superintendent.
